More than a video appointment
Every employee receives diagnostic devices they can connect to their phone at home. These devices allow clinicians to examine your employees during video appointments, so many common health concerns can be handled entirely from a distance.

The estimate is based on Kela’s 2025 maximum eligible annual cost of 492.50 € per employee. Kela reimburses 60% of approved preventive occupational health costs and 50% of approved medical care costs. Employers apply for reimbursement afterwards, and Kela makes the final decision on the amount.
How to proceed?
What’s included in Occupational Healthcare?
Everything that matters in one monthly fee.
The service includes statutory occupational health services provided through our partner network. These include a virtual workplace assessment, an action plan and ongoing occupational health monitoring (Kela reimbursement I).
General medical care is also included in the monthly fee, so your employees can get help with common illnesses (Kela reimbursement II).
Omply helps your company get started, and the doctor partner will help you apply for Kela reimbursements. Omply provides the digital platform and medical devices. Omply does not provide healthcare services or make clinical decisions.
Employees use virtual services provided by our partners’ doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and psychologists. They help with common health concerns, assess what care is needed and refer employees for further tests or treatment where necessary.
Omply works with medical clinics specialising in occupational healthcare. Your occupational healthcare agreement is made with a selected clinic, which is responsible for providing and billing for the healthcare services.
Each employee receives a diagnostic device bundle for home use, including a blood pressure monitor, thermometer and pulse oximeter. Your workplace also receives a shared bundle with a digital stethoscope. A digital otoscope is available as an option.
During virtual appointments, employees use the devices with their own phones. All devices are CE marked and remain with your employees and company for ongoing use.
The €47.25 monthly fee covers employees’ virtual appointments with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and psychologists through the Omply app. There is no separate charge for any visits.
The price covers normal use of occupational healthcare. If your team is likely to need the service exceptionally often, we’ll agree on that separately in your quote.
The service covers many common occupational health needs for businesses where employees have limited exposure to workplace hazards.
In person appointments, laboratory tests, imaging, specialist care and health checks carried out physically at the workplace are not included.
If a virtual appointment isn’t enough, the healthcare professional will advise the employee on what to do next. That advice is included in the service. Any further tests and their costs are not.
