Our service is designed for anyone who wants fast, safe, and affordable doctor visits at home. Typical users include families with children, where clinic visits are difficult to arrange; busy professionals who need quick care without waiting or traveling; and elderly or mobility-impaired patients who find it hard to reach a physical clinic. Omply also makes routine check-ups and symptom monitoring at home especially easy.
In most cases, you connect with a doctor within minutes, depending on availability. Because Omply uses an automated line-up system, you don’t need to wait days for an appointment slot. You’ll see estimated wait times before confirming.
Payment is made securely by card through the Omply app. Your card is charged after the appointment has taken place. We accept major credit and debit cards, and you’ll always see the full price before confirming your booking.
Yes, if your doctor determines that medication is appropriate, they can issue a prescription in accordance with local medical regulations. Prescribing decisions are always made based on clinical assessment and medical judgment.
Omply uses an automated system that connects you with an available licensed physician. In many cases, you’ll be matched with the most cost-effective available option. All doctors on the platform are licensed and approved by local authorities.
In many cases, yes. Omply is designed to handle a wide range of common and follow-up concerns remotely. If your symptoms require in-person evaluation, your doctor will guide you to the appropriate next step. The goal is to ensure you receive the right level of care without unnecessary visits.
Yes. Our Omply app is designed to be clear and easy to use for all age groups. Parents can use the service on behalf of their children, and elderly users may need some assistance in certain cases.
Not always. Many concerns can be addressed through video appointment alone. However, for certain symptoms, connected diagnostic devices allow your doctor to perform a more thorough assessment. If devices are recommended, we’ll guide you through the process.
Delivery times depend on your location, but device kits are typically shipped promptly after ordering. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
Yes. The devices used with Omply are designed for medical assessment and support clinical decision-making. They are not consumer wellness trackers but connected diagnostic tools intended for professional healthcare use.
If a measurement is interrupted or doesn’t capture properly, your doctor will guide you through repeating it. In most cases, the issue can be resolved immediately. Yes. Each user has their own profile in the app, but the diagnostic devices can be shared between family members, communities, or other groups. This lowers the barrier to getting started and makes the solution more cost-effective in many situations.
Yes. Omply is a secure platform that protects your data in full compliance with GDPR. The diagnostic devices used with the platform are CE-marked and MDR-approved. Omply itself is not a medical device, but a secure channel for transferring health data.
Measurements are transmitted securely in real time to your doctor during the appointment. Data is encrypted and handled according to healthcare privacy standards. Your information is not shared outside your care team.
Your health data is handled securely and confidentially. Only your treating doctor and authorized healthcare professionals involved in your care can access your information. All data is transmitted through encrypted connections and processed in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations.
If your appointment doesn’t start properly, first check your internet connection. A stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection is required for the application use.
If you’re having trouble joining, try closing and reopening the app. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on if you’re using diagnostic devices. Also confirm that your payment details are up to date, as an incomplete payment method can prevent the appointment from starting.

Start by checking your internet connection. If you’re using a VPN, try turning it off and logging in again, as some VPNs can interfere with secure login systems.
If you’re still unable to log in, contact support and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
Digital devices sometimes have a mind of their own. First, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Keep the device close to your phone and confirm it is charged and powered on.
If it doesn’t connect:
- Restart the device
- Close and reopen the Omply app
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on
- Make sure your app is updated to the latest version
