Yes. All you need is a computer, internet connection, webcam, and good-quality headset. You’ll continue to use your existing patient record system to document visits, issue prescriptions, and make referrals.
Yes. The diagnostic devices supported by Omply are certified medical devices with CE marking and MDR validation. They are designed to enable safe, high-quality remote examinations. All data is transmitted securely and in full GDPR compliance, ensuring both measurement accuracy and data protection for reliable diagnostics and treatment – without the need for an in-person visit.
When suitable patient cases are available, you’ll receive a notification in the app. This keeps your time efficient, with no waiting around. Before accepting a visit, you’ll see what kind of help the patient needs, and you can choose the cases where your expertise adds the most value.
Once you’ve completed your profile and defined the types of patient cases you want to handle, you log in securely on your computer using strong authentication and start your consultations. When the connection begins, the examination is carried out in real time under your guidance. The diagnostic devices the patient has at home transmit measurements, images, and audio directly to you, giving you a complete picture of the patient’s condition – without the need for a physical exam room.
We provide onboarding training, technical and operational support, and clear materials to help in patient care. You’ll also have access to a peer network and expert clinics where you can develop your skills and share experiences with colleagues. Your working hours and number of consultations are entirely up to you.
