Absolutely! In that case the service works like a traditional video visit without at-home examinations. For the best results and most accurate diagnosis, Omply works with its supported diagnostic devices. You don’t need to get them all at once – you can choose based on your needs, such as for respiratory symptoms, heart concerns, or skin issues.
Download our Omply app, connect the required devices, and choose the type of visit and your main reason for seeing a doctor. The consultation then begins, guided by a licensed healthcare professional such as a doctor or nurse.
Yes! Our Omply app is designed to be clear and easy to use for all age groups. Parents can use the service on behalf of their children, while elderly users use the app on their own or with support if needed.
Diagnostic devices can be purchased either upfront or in installments, with prices ranging from around 70–200 € depending on the device.
A remote doctor visit costs about 50 €. In Finland, the service is partly reimbursed by Kela. Doctors and nurses set their own prices within certain limits, so the final cost may vary slightly depending on the time of day.
